Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a defective moulding from generation by retaining a specific rigidity and keep low the necessary amount of synthetic resin for forming a core and a skin to make a moulding cycle time short and inexpensive.
SOLUTION: The grip is composed of a core 10, which is dividually formed from two longitudinally divided pieces 10a, 10b with the respective divided pieces 10a, 10b formed in approximately a C shape cross section and formed into a hollow rigid body retaining an interior space 11a by providing reinforcement ribs 12a to 12c, 13 in respective interiors, and a skin 29 covering the outer circumference of the core 10. The core 10 has a frame shape fitting flange 14 provided on a divided piece 10b on one side and is integrally assembled with abutting the reinforcement ribs 12b, 13 each other at their tips an also fitting the fitting flange 14 into the inside surface of the opposing divided piece 10a.
