Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a grip which is unlikly to slip and good to feel, particularly a grip for golf club which is unlikely to slip, good to feel and good in the responsiveness at a time of miss shotting.
CONSTITUTION: A basic rubber is of blend system of EPDM with natural rubber blended at a weight ratio of 80:20 to 30:70. 2 to 40 pts.wt. of trans-polyoctenemer is incorporated in 100 pts.wt. of this basic rubber and 5 to 80 pts.wt. of water containing aluminium silicate powder is incorporated in 100 pts.wt. of rubber component as a main component of a filler. A grip is made of a rubber composition thus obtained.
