Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation feeder which can easily change an oscillation volume in the oscillation direction in a gripper feed type oscillation feeder that feeds and oscillates a specified quantity of strips for supply.
SOLUTION: A movable body 85 is made to put forward and retract in the direction to the center of oscillation by the rotation of a screw shaft and an oscillation angle of an oscillation body 10 is made to change by the change of a ratio of the distance between a supporting point shaft in the fixed side 89 and a moving supporting point shaft 84 to the distance between an oscillation supporting point shaft 91 and the moving supporting point shaft 84. Precisely, when a handle 87 is rotated, the movable body 85 puts forward or retracts in the direction to the center of oscillation by the rotation of a screw shaft 83 and the oscillation angle of an intermediate lever 90, for which a fixed supporting point shaft 89 becomes a center of oscillation, is changed. Therefore, a moving distance of the oscillation supporting point shaft 91 is changed and, as a result, the oscillation angle of the oscillating body 10 is made to change. So it becomes possible to change easily the measurements of a balance of width in the direction of width of the strip from a punched hole and a balance of width between punched holes.
