Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively easily form grippers at low cost by supporting a drive pin on a gripper shaft and fitting the drive pin in a slot of a gripper receiver for supporting the gripper.
SOLUTION: A gripper 6 is formed of a metallic plate and fixed on a gripper receiver 5 by fixing screws 11, the gripper receiver 5 is fitted on the gripper shaft 4, and the seat is formed so that the gripper receiver 5 may be turned without play. The gripper shaft 4 supports a drive pin 7 for each gripper 1, the drive pin 7 is fitted in a slot 8 of the gripper receiver 5, and the gripper receiver 5 is axially fixed on the gripper shaft 4. The gripper receivers 5 are simultaneously driven in the correct positions by the drive pin 7 by adjusting a stopper adjusting screw 9 and can be adjusted so as to be operated in the releasing direction. One end of a curved spring 10 is supported on a gripper bridge casing 2, the other end is supported on the gripper receiver 5, and therefore, the gripper 1 is pressed to the closing position (the gripper closing position).
