To provide a flexible gripping cushion which is gripped by a hand, that tends to clench unconsciously while sleeping, to disperse force applied on the hand, and keeps the hand in a loosely gripped and slightly opened condition by being gripped as a camouflage.

The gripping cushion comprises: an annular finger arming section fitted to the finger; and an almost cubic gripping section which is connected to the finger arming section, contains a ball-like flexible material inside, and has a volume that is easily and lightly gripped by the palm of the hand. The gripping section is formed in a fruit or vegetable shape and is made of a cotton material or a resin material.
