Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust gripping force to grasp a gripped material.SOLUTION: A gripping device 10 comprises a fixing piece 12b, a gripping tool 7 having a first movable piece 13 configured to be able to come into and out of contact with a fixed piece, a second movable piece 18 provided on the other end side of the first movable piece in continuation with the first movable piece, a first spring 19 interposed between the first movable piece and the second movable piece 18 and urging the first movable piece and the second movable piece 18 so as to widen the gap therebetween, and a driving device 26 for moving the second movable piece 18 to an arbitrary position. A drive device 26 comprises a cam 27 which can move the second movable piece 18 to the fixed piece side against the urging force of the first spring 19, and a motor 28 for displacing the cam 27 to an arbitrary position. The cam 27 is a plate cam 27 whose outer periphery is in contact with the second movable piece 18, and further includes a second spring 22 for biasing the second movable piece 18 so as to bring the second movable piece 18 into contact with the outer periphery of the plate cam 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
