A grommet assembly 1 has: electric wires 3 respectively having a prescribed length; a first annular binding member 7 provided at the longitudinal intermediate part of the electric wires 3 and on the outer periphery of the electric wires 3; a second annular binding member 9 provided at the other part of the longitudinal intermediate part of the electric wires 3 and on the outer periphery of the electric wires while being apart from the first binding member 7; and a grommet 11 in contact with the electric wires 3, existing between the respective binding members 7, 9, so as to cover the electric wires 3 existing between the respective binding members 7, 9.
