PURPOSE: To surely mount and fix a jewelry body on a holding member, by a method wherein the title grommet is composed of both the holding member which is made of elastic synthetic resin and a mounting flange is formed on the outer periphery thereof and a V-shaped ringed groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof, and the jewelry body of which the outer periphery is formed so as to fit into the ringed groove on the inner peripheral surface of the holding member.

CONSTITUTION: For a jewelry-holding member 15 made of elastic synthetic resin, a amounting flange 18 is concentrically formed on the outer periphery of the lower end of a sleeve 17, and a ringed groove 19 is formed on the outer periphery of the sleeve and is just above the mounting flange 18, and a ringed groove 20 in the sideways shape of a letter V in section is formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof. A jewelry body 16 has the ringed projection 21 fitting into the ringed groove 20, at the outer periphery thereof. The sleeve 17 of the holding member 15 is forcibly inserted into the mounting opening 23 on a grommet-mounting article 22, and the ringed groove 19 is fitted into the periphery of a mounting opening 23. After that, the ringed projection 21 of the jewelry body 16 is fitted into the sleeve 17 of the jewelry-holding member 15, and the jewelry body 16 is elastically held. In this way, the jewelry body 16 is surely fixed to the jewelry-holding member 15.
