To provide a grommet mounting structure which can prevent a sleeve from biting between the first member and the second member, keeping the fixing position of the sleeve.
This mounting structure of grommet 10 is equipped with the first annular fixing part 11 which is fixed to the above first member so as to thread and protect a wire harness or the like wired between the first member and the second member, relatively coming close to or separating from each other via a link mechanism, the second annular fixing part 12 which is fixed to the second member, and a flexible sleeve 13 which is laid between the above first fixing part 11 and the second fixing part 12. This structure has a clip 20 which seizes a mounting part 17 provided in the above sleeve 13, and the sleeve 13 is fixed to the above link mechanism 14 via the clip 20.
