Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel grommet processing apparatus capable of reducing production cost of an endless sling.SOLUTION: The grommet processing apparatus 1 includes: a base 2 for placing a drum D winded with a wire rope W; rotating device 3 for rotating the drum D by rotating the base 2; a guiding device 4 for guiding the wire rope W run out from the drum D to a round orbit passing on a rotation axis L of the base 2; and a twisting device 5 for twisting the wire rope W by passing the wire rope W before guided to the round orbit through a meandering path S. The wire rope W is processed to an endless sling 10 using the grommet processing apparatus 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
