Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to securely press a lock piece, provided on the inner member of a grommet, in a locking direction.SOLUTION: A grommet comprises: an inner member including a peripheral wall part 42 formed in an annular form, which can be disposed in a through-hole, a flange part provided so as to jut out from one end of the peripheral part 42 to the outer circumferential side, a lock piece 50 provided so as to extend toward one end of the peripheral wall part 42 from the other end of the peripheral wall part 42, and a lock projection 58 projecting on the external face side of the lock piece 50; and a grommet body including an annular sealing part formed from an elastic material and placed over the flange part so as to cover the peripheral wall part 42 side portion of the flange part, and a harness guide cylindrical part extending opposite the peripheral wall part, with the annular sealing part placed over the flange part. In the grommet 20, in place on the leading end side of the lock piece 50 rather than the basal end part side thereof, a pressing force application portion (e.g., an elastic piece 60) is provided for generating force for pressing the lock piece 50 outward.
