Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet capable of improving a water cutoff performance, and a wire harness.SOLUTION: A grommet 1 and a wire harness 2 include: a grommet body 10 which is formed as an elastic body and includes a lip part 13 in which a wire 3 of the wire harness 2 is inserted and which is capable of cutting off water by being brought into contact with a water cut-off plane 105 partitioning an accommodation recess 103 of a mounted panel 101 while being mounted in the accommodation recess 103; an outer 30 which presses the lip part 13 closer to the water cut-off plane 105 and fixes the grommet body 10 to the mounted panel 101 in the state where the grommet body 10 is held between the outer 30 and the water cut-off plane 105; and a rigid body part 20 which is formed as a high-rigidity rigid body and interposed between the outer 30 and the lip part 13 in a direction of pressing by the outer 30. The lip part 13 is disposed at east partially within an area 35 to be pressed by the outer 30.
