To provide a grommet capable of securing watertightness even when applied with high hydraulic pressure.
There is provided a grommet 10 which is fitted to an electric wire through hole 2 of a vehicle body panel 1, and has an outer peripheral-side lip portion 16 and an inner peripheral-side lip portion 17 coming into multiple contact with a panel surface at a peripheral edge of the electric wire through hole 2. A drainage passage 18 is provided which is opened between the outer peripheral-side lip portion 16 and inner peripheral-side lip portion 17 and communicates with the outside, and if water enters between the outer peripheral-side lip portion 16 and inner peripheral-side lip portion 17, the entering water is discharged to the outside through the drainage passage 18.
