Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it hard to move the fixing position of a wiring harness by making the outer diameter of a smaller diameter part in which the wiring harness is inserted smaller on the side to be connected to a larger diameter part and larger on the terminal side.
CONSTITUTION: A grommet 14 made of rubber has a smaller diameter part 14a having an insertion hole 14b in which a wiring harness 5 is inserted and a larger diameter part 14c in which an outer circumferential groove 14d and an outer circumferential project 14e to be fitted in the through hole 3a of a panel 3 are formed. A tapered part 14b whose outer diameter is gradually increased from the larger diameter part 14c side to the terminal part side 14g is formed in the smaller diameter part 14a. After a wiring harness 5 is inserted in the insertion hole 14b of the smaller diameter part 14a of the grommet 14 to set the fixing position of the wiring harness 5, an adhesive tape 6 is wound across the tapered part 14b of the outer circumference of the smaller diameter part 14a of the grommet 14 and the outer circumference of the wiring harness 5 so as to fix the grommet 14 to the wiring harness 5.
