Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify eaves structure without exerting a bad influence upon the protection from rain and snow by bending an eaves roof tile downward at least along the straight line approximately parallel with a lower edge. CONSTITUTION: An eaves roof tile body 11 is bent virtually downward. The section bending downward begins from the half section of the length of the surface of a roof tile which is exposed when it is arranged on the roof. Therefore, since the eaves roof tile is divided into an upper face section 11a and a lower face section 11b, and the upper face section 11a is arranged with approximately the same incline angle as that of the roof tile 10 arranged on the roof tile 11 and adjacent to the upper face section 11a for a flat face, and the lower face section 11b is arranged inclined downward with a large inclination angle larger than that of the upper face section 11a, all of the rain water flowing on the lower face section 11b flow into the bottom section 6 of the eaves gutter 5 arranged adjacent to the lower face section 11b.
