Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the pressing force required to insert a throw away tip and reduce the labor and time in tip replacement and the like by forming a relief part partitioning a clearance to a guide part in the mounted state of the tip.
CONSTITUTION: When the tip of a guide part 27 goes over the intersection part of the pressed part 36 and relief part 35 of a tip 23, a clearance C is partitioned between the guide part 27 and the relief part 25, so that there is no force acting on the tip 23 from the guide part 27. As a result, the force required for tip insertion is reduced from the maximum value. With the tip 23 further pushed in by this reduced force, the pressing part 28 of a clamping part 25 adheres closely to the pressed part 36 of the tip 23, so that the tip 23 is fixed being pressed onto the seat part 24 side of a tip fitting seat. The tip 23 can thereby be inserted and fixed with small force.
