PURPOSE: To measure and monitor a ground resistance easily and exactly at all times without removing a lead wire, etc. of a main pole, by connecting a ground measuring pole insulated and installed to a ground main pole, and an auxiliary measuring pole, to monitor panel, and direct-reading the ground resistance.
CONSTITUTION: A ground measuring pole 3 which is insulated and installed to a ground main pole 1 selected through a selecting switch 21 of a monitor panel, and has the same resistance value as that of the main pole 1, an auxiliary measuring P pole 22 corresponding to said pole, and an intermediate C pole 23 are selected and connected to the monitor panel. In this state, ground resistance of the measuring pole 3 corresponding to ground resistance of the main pole 1 is measured and is direct-read by an ammeter 17 through a switch 18. According to this constitution which is capable of executing the measurement without removing a lead wire, etc. of the main pole, the ground resistance can be measured and monitored easily and exactly at all times.
