Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an assembly which can pack and deliver dough based on produced yeast without any aging process by turning the atmosphere around the dough into oxygen free state by housing the dough while providing a check valve on a container made of oxygen non-permeable materials. CONSTITUTION: Dough 4 is stored in a container 2 made of oxygen non- permeable materials while providing a check valve 8 with which gas is let flow out of the container when gas pressure exceeds a certain bottom value but the inflow of oxygen into the container is prevented when gas pressure gets lower than the bottom value. After the inside of container is degassed, sealing processing is performed by sealing in nitrogen and/or carbon deoxide so that the atmosphere around the dough can be practically kept in the oxygen free state.
