This ground deformation analysis device includes a means for classifying the ground of predetermined depth to be analyzed, into a permeable layer and an impermeable layer, inputting layer thickness, depth, initial water level, unsaturated unit weight and submerged unit weight on each layer and information indicating whether each layer is the permeable layer or the impermeable layer, and computing the initial water pressure of each layer based on the input information; a means for inputting the water level of each layer and obtaining the variation of the water levels; a means for determining whether there is a change in the water level in the permeable layer based on the obtained variation of the water levels; a first load computing means for computing a load corresponding to a shallower position or a deeper position from the water level surface when determining that the water level has fallen, and storing the load in a load information storage means; and a second load computing means for computing a load corresponding to a shallower position or a deeper position than the water level surface when determining that the water level has risen, and storing the load in the load information storage means.
