Title:
GROUND FAULT INTERRUPTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010277769
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a leakage test switch unit which prevents an excessive load from being applied on a tact switch even when a test button is strongly pushed down, and achieves size and cost reduction.

This ground fault interrupter includes a zero-phase current transformer for detecting a leakage current of a main circuit, a leakage determination circuit for determining a zero-phase current, the tact switch which is turned on by a test button and inputs a leakage test signal to the leakage determination circuit, a trip means which opens the main circuit when the leakage test signal is input to the leakage determination circuit, and a unit case for forming the leakage test switch unit by incorporating the leakage determination circuit and tack switch. The unit case is formed of elastic synthetic resin material, and includes a lever for pressing an incorporated operation element of the tact switch when elastically deformed to turn on the tack switch through the lever when one end side of the leaver is pressed by the test button.
