Abstract:

To obtain a ground fault tester built in a leakage detection device for detecting a leaked current I0r resulted in insulation resistance to the ground, a leakage detection device having the ground fault tester, a circuit breaker, and a leakage monitoring device.

In the ground fault tester for generating a test signal checking motions of the leakage detection device which detects the leaked current I0r resulted in the insulation resistance to the ground from an output of a zero-phase current transformer 3 inserted into an AC electric path 1, a test signal generation section 12 which has the same cycle time with a voltage of the AC electric path and generates a signal wherein a phase is selectively switched according to a wiring method of the AC electric path is prepared as a test signal.
