Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement foundation structure capable of obtaining a rational and economical structure by defining a part for bearing a vertical load from a part disposed for restricting liquefaction.SOLUTION: A ground improvement foundation structure 1 is constructed of improvement bodies including subsoil and a cement-based solidification material which are mixed and stirred. The ground improvement foundation structure 1 includes: plural columnar improvement bodies 2, ... which are positioned in a plane on which a concentrated load P of an upper construction; and a wall-like improvement bodies 3, ... which are formed between columnar improvement bodies enclosing the subsoil beneath the upper construction. The depth of the columnar improvement bodies is larger than the depth of the wall-like improvement body.
