PURPOSE: To restrain tilt of a soil cement wall caused by an auger rod pipe, and enable to easily construct a soil cement wall continued in the same plane in the ground.

CONSTITUTION: The soil cement wall 8 of a first element and the soil cement wall 9 of a second element are constructed so as to be spacedly arranged sideways by a space for one piece of an auger rod pipe. Next, the soil cement wall 10 of a third element is constructed between the soil cement wall 8 of the first element and the soil cement wall 9 of the second element, so as to vertically build the center auger rod pipe 1 and the one end auger rod pipe 2 respectively into the center drilled hole 8b and one end drilled hole 8a of the first element. The remaining part between the first element and the second element is drilled and stirred by means of the remaining auger rod pipe 1, guiding the auger rod pipe by means of the drilled holes 8a, 8b, and hence the soil cement wall 10 of the third element is integratedly constructed with the first and the second soil cement walls 8, 9.
