Abstract:

To provide a ground information transfer device and a ground information transfer program for accurately grasping which position a piece of survey data is from by a center device of a transfer destination.

A survey machine data receiving means 41 and a GPS data receiving means 42 for acquiring survey data from a ground survey machine 13 and acquiring GPS data indicating a position of a survey point from a GPS receiver 31, a data modification prohibiting means 48 for prohibiting rewriting of the survey data and the position data, and a survey information transmitting means 45 for creating an enciphered digital signature from the un-rewritable survey data and position data, and transferring the survey data and the position data with the digital signature to the center device 21 for verifying the digital signature are arranged in a portable terminal 11.
