Abstract:
To provide a method and system for estimating ground strength allowing further simple and quick estimation of strengths of various object grounds on land or under water.SOLUTION: Strength of an object ground G can be estimated by using: a pressing load Q calculated on the basis of the magnitude of the hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic cylinder 7 for a boom when pressing the object ground G with an attachment 10 by rotating downward the boom 6 of a hydraulic heavy machine 2 around a rear end rotation center part 6b of the boom 6, a separation distance between a cylinder axial direction CL of the hydraulic cylinder 7 and the rear end rotation center part 6b, and the separation distance between a line of action of the pressing load Q to the object ground G and the rear end rotation center part 6b; or a push-in amount into the object ground G calculated on the basis of a vertical displacement amount of a boom tip part 6c caused by rotation centering around the rear end rotation center part 6b when pressing the object ground G, and the vertical displacement amount of the rear end rotation center part 6b by the rotation centering around a grounding fulcrum of an undercarriage 3 caused by the reaction of pressing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
