Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain satisfactory grounding action by making a brush into stable contact with a shaft outer peripheral surface of a rotary shaft, in a simple structure, without being influenced by a temperature change.SOLUTION: A grounding device 1 comprises: a ribbon-shaped conductive brush 4 in which, a proximal end 4a is fixed to a structure side where a turbine shaft 2 to be grounded is pivoted and which includes, from its intermediate portion to a free end 4b, a contact 4c in contact with a shaft outer peripheral surface 2a of the turbine shaft 2 and extends in such a direction to be pulled out from the proximal end 4a to a rotation direction R of the turbine shaft 2 by rotation of a rotary shaft and in a substantial tangential direction of the shaft outer peripheral surface (2a); and a leaf spring 5 in which a proximal end 5a is fixed to the structure side so as to be overlapped with the proximal end 4a of the brush 4, a free end 5b is overlapped with the contact 4c of the brush 4, and the contact 4c is pressed so as not to be separated from the shaft outer peripheral surface 2a, and which is fixed in such a manner that an attitude in pressing the brush 4 in an axial view of the turbine shaft 2 becomes substantially linear along a tangential line of the shaft outer peripheral surface 2a.
