To provide a grounding device to a cabinet frame realizing easy and certain ground connection by solving the inefficiency of the assembly/wiring work at the time of ground line connection from multiple and other directions in a cabinet, which is a problem in the conventional technology.

The ground device is provided with a metallic ground plate in a plane shape, a plurality of metallic spacers arranged by leaving prescribed intervals for connecting them to the cabinet frame, so that the ground plate is supported by leaving it from a cabinet frame face and a plurality of individual connection ground bosses disposed near the outer edge of the ground plate for individually connecting a plurality of ground lines to the ground plate. The problem is solved by providing the ground device to the cabinet frame having a structure where a plurality of the spacers are fitted to a cabinet ground face in which a conduction face of the cabinet frame is secured.
