PURPOSE: To provide a grounding device with meg-ohm measuring terminal for gas insulating switch in which a grounding blade can be connected to a main circuit conductor without forgetting, a grounding terminal can be opened to precisely measure the meg-ohm of a lead cable, the forgetting of returning a short-circuit conductor can be surely prevented after finishing the meg-ohm measurement, and safety of various following works can be enhanced.
CONSTITUTION: A grounding device with meg-ohm measuring terminal has a ground key lock 30 in which the locking can be performed only when a grounding blade 6 is connected to a main circuit conductor 4 connected to a lead cable 3 by a grounding operation mechanism 17 to arrest the ground opening operation by the ground operation mechanism 17, and a key can not be pulled in the unlocked state; and a short-circuit key lock 32 which allows the opening operation of a short-circuit conductor 24 from a grounding terminal 19 only when it is unlocked by use of the key pulled from the ground key lock 30 and allows the pulling-out of the key only in the locked state where the connected state of the short-circuit conductor 24 to the grounding terminal 29 is held.
