Title:
GROUNDING PROTECTION METHOD FOR VEHICLE CLUTCH CURRENT CONTROL DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04316721
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To restric short-circuit current to the maximum rated current of a field effect transistor when a clutch current control device is grounded.

CONSTITUTION: As a switching means connected to a vehicle electromagnetic clutch, and controlled on or off in response to the deviation of a electromagnetic current command signal from a clutch current feedback signal, a vehicle clutch current control device consists of a field effect transistor 101, a short-circuit current detection resistance 102, and a constant--voltage diode 103, and when the device is grounded, short-circuit current is restricted to the maximum rated current of the field effect transistor 101. Grounding resistance of elements is thus increased to prolong their lives, and reliability of the device is improved.
