CONSTITUTION: A grounding reaction force confirming device for outriggers comprises an overhanging frame 13 projecting from the frame for supporting a car body or the like, the cylinder 10 fixed to this overhanging frame 13, and leg 12 connected to the piston of the cylinder 10. This grounding reaction confirming device is constituted such that the pressure switch 1 in which a pressure sensitive switch is arranged in an elastic body, which utilizes pressured conductive rubber whose resistance value lowers due to the work of the pressure of a value higher than a specified value, is arranged between the frame body 14 of the overhanging frame 13 and the cylindrical body 15 of the cylinder 10 so that the elastic body may deform accompanied by the displacement produced between the frame body 14 and the cylindrical body 15 received the reaction from the leg 12 when the leg 12 is pressed to be grounded.
