Abstract:

To soften an electric shock by static electricity by instantly discharging the static electricity, which is charged to the human body, to the ground of a floor or the like from a shoe sole through a pasted grounding tape forming a presently existing conductor such as an aluminum boil into Sellotape (a registered trademark) form, and pasting the conductor from the inside of the shoe to the shoe sole.

On a film tape is coated with a metal which is a conductor, and a flexible tape is formed. On the surface opposite to the metal-coated surface is coaled with Bond (a registered trademark) for adhesion, and the Sellotape (a registered trademark) form object is obtained.
