Abstract:

To provide easy confirmation to each group member of destination information of each group member without having each registered member consciously carry out updating of the destination information in a group information management display system.

When an RFID transmitted from RF-ID cards 13a, 13b, etc. carried by each employee is received and detected by each terminal device 12a, 12b, etc. on a company network 11, the terminal device 12n notifies the detected RFID and one's terminal ID to a theme information management server 10. On the basis of RFIDs stored and managed by a file server 18, and a data file coordinating an employee ID, an employee name, and an affiliated group name, with the notified employee present position terminal ID, and a location name per each terminal ID, per-group index image planes 22a-22c with names 24a, 24b, etc. of member employees and their location names 25a, 25b, etc. arranged and marked as imaginary desks 23a, 23b, etc. of each employee per each group name are displayed in the terminal devices 12n operated by the employees.
