CONSTITUTION: The expected time of arrival until a plurality of elevators arrive at each floor, and the expected in-cage crowded condition of each elevator are calculated respectively, and these respective calculated values are stored in the respective tables. The evaluation value for each number is calculated based on each stored value, and the new hall calling of the specified floor is allotted to either of the elevators according to this calculated value, this change is detected 20, and a judgement is made whether or not the specified condition is generated. As a result, when the specified condition is generated, at least, either of the expected time of arrival and the expected in-cage crowded condition is computed 40 for the specified range 30, and this table is renewed 50.
