A group management renewal system of elevators includes: existing group management control systems (1, 2A-2D), wherein the existing group management device 1 is connected to a plurality of machine main control devices 2A-2D through at least transmission lines 31-33, and the existing group management device 1 normally transmits selection information for requesting each floor hall condition and each machine condition through the transmission line 31 and introduces and stores traffic information transmitted from the respective machine main control devices 2A-2D and a hall calling interface 13 through the transmission line 32; and a newly-installed group management device 5 grabbing the selection information and the traffic information transmitted through the transmission lines 31, 32, determining allocation of a service machine when it is determined from the traffic information that each floor call is present, and transmitting it to the machine main control devices 2A-2D through the transmission line 33.
