Abstract:
To provide a group order support system that sets residents of adjacent dwellings centering on one housing complex as members of one order group and is easy to use for both of the members of the group and service providers that receive order of the members and perform home delivery or the like.SOLUTION: A group order support system 1 includes: a contractor terminal device 41A of a service provider 40A that provides a service by visiting such as pizza delivery; an orderer terminal device 20a of each member of an orderer group 30 whose members are residents of at least one housing complex 20; and an order support device 10 that is connected to the contractor terminal device 41A and the orderer terminal device 20a via communication means 50 and 51, and distributes application information for soliciting orderers to the orderer terminal devices of other members of the orderer group 30 about the service of the service provider who has received the order if the contractor terminal device 41A has acquired determination information on order determination after acquiring order information of the service provision from the orderer terminal device 20a of one member of the orderer group 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
