Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor plural party to be monitored in a monitor object group automatically through one monitor request operation from a monitor party.
SOLUTION: A call controller 11b monitors a speech/non-speech state of a party to be monitored, generates a party-to-be-monitored management table 1311 used to manage monitored parties during speech for each group and registers the table to a storage device 11c. When a monitor party 12 issues a monitor start request, the call controller 11b obtains the party to be monitored during speech belonging to a monitor object group of the monitor party by referencing the management table 1311, speech voice signals between the party to be monitored and a customer are led to a mixer trunk 11d via a switch 11a, a mixing voice signal is given to a terminal of the monitor party to allow the monitor party to monitor a speech between the party to be monitored and the customer. Then a speech between other party to be monitored belonging to the monitor object group and other customer during a speech is sequentially monitored by the monitor party.
