Title:
GROUT TO BE INJECTED INTO GROUND
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3517530
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grout to be injected into ground, which can widen the flash setting region of water glass, can extremely reduce the shrinkage of a solidified material formed, and can minimize the decrease in durability due to the loss of water of syneresis by using a water glass and a crude phosphoric acid as the principal constituents.
SOLUTION: This grout contains a water glass and a crude phosphoric acid, and it can also contain sulfuric acid or a water-soluble aluminum salt. The crude phosphoric acid used comprises one before purification, for example, one obtained by decomposing rock phosphate with an excess of sulfuric acid and separating gypsum by filtration. Examples of the sulfuric acid used include not only usual industrial sulfuric acid but also various crude sulfuric acids having a high impurity content, and waste sulfuric acid. Examples of the water- soluble aluminum salt used include poly(aluminum chloride), aluminum chloride and aluminum sulfate, among which poly(aluminum chloride) is preferably used in particular.
