Title:
GROUTING IN BASE ROCK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008115618
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To surely exhibit water cut-off effect, and to lower water permeability in a grouting region.

Ca type bentonite slurry 11 obtained by melting Ca type bentonite with water and liquid sodium 12 are mixed in a mixing region 3A of a filling hole 3 which is a position immediately before injection to the base rock, and the modified Na type bentonite modified by the above mixing is injected to the base rock or Ca type bentonite slurry 11 is injected and mixed to the base rock where previously a sodium solution 12 is injected, so that the modified Na type bentonite absorbs groundwater in the base rock and interacts with water to be swollen. The modified Na type bentonite blocks up cracks in the base rock, thereby shutting off flowing of groundwater to exhibit water cut-off effect.
