Title:
GROWING SYSTEM FOR BOTTOM-LIVING SEAFOOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01211440
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the title system so designed that the upper part of a growing net container located near the sea bottom is fitted with feeding net cylinders so as to be free to sink and the upper parts of said respective cylinders are connected to lifting ropes provided on the water level, thereby ensuring the title seafoods to be efficiently grown.

CONSTITUTION: The upper part of a growing net container 2 located near the sea bottom is fitted with feeding net cylinders 4 so as to be free to sink, and the upper parts of said respective cylinders 4 are connected to lifting ropes 6 provided on the water level. In feeding, the ropes 6 are pulled in to lift the net cylinders 4 on the water level, baits are fed, via the net cylinders 4, into the container 2. As a result, the title seafoods such as abalones, turbines or scorpionfishes can be grown in a net container near the sea bottom in the approximately natural environment without any influence of wind and wave and other marine conditions; furthermore, the baits are ensured to be quickly and readily fed, via the net cylinders, into the container without any loss, thus the title seafoods can efficiently and easily be grown at low cost.
