To provide a new composition comprising a growth hormone and/or a growth hormone releasing hormone.

A method and the composition of the growth hormone and/or growth hormone releasing hormone in which the release and elevation of the growth hormone are promoted when administered to animals are provided. The method and composition of the growth hormone and/or growth hormone releasing hormone for treating diseases or disorders resulting from growth hormone-related deficiencies are provided. A method for producing a new growth hormone releasing hormone variant and a method for using thereof are provided.
