In this guard fence for shoulder, the pipe-like top beam is installed across fence columns. The wire connected by using a carabiner is passed into the top beam, the carabiner is positioned near a connection part where the top beams are connected to each other, and both end parts of the wire are supported, at required points, on the end parts of the top beam.
