Abstract:
To provide a guard pipe unit which can prevent, a drived guard pipe from tilting or moving in a vertical direction, when directly driving the guard pipe that supports a guard rail or a traffic sign etc. directly into the ground.
The guard pipe unit 1 is provided with a driving pile 2 which has a leading section 5 and a base 6, tapers 8A, 10A formed at the leading section 5 and a fitting taper 6A formed at the base 6; and a guard pipe 3 having a fitting part 22 tightly fitted to the base 6 at one end, the driving pile 2 and the guard pile 3 being separate members.
