Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform easy mounting work and prevent accidents during work by connecting a holder for a guard rail to a loading vehicle for the guard rail in such a manner that the guard rail is freely movable from a position where the guard rail with the face being directed downward is received to a position under an insertion position where the back of the received guard rail is opposed to a mounting scheduled position.
SOLUTION: When a guard rail 5 is mounted at a mounting scheduled position 111, a loading vehicle A is first stopped along the mounting scheduled position 111 for the guard rail 5 to be almost in parallel to the mounting scheduled position 111. In this case, a space S required to lower a holder is kept between a support 108 at the mounting scheduled position 111 and the loading vehicle A. The guard rail 5 with one edge on the side of the mounting scheduled position 111 being supported from downward is turned toward the side of the mounting scheduled position 111 until the other edge is located above one edge. Then, the guard rail 5 is held on the holder.
