A guardrail 1 is constituted using such a mesh-like body 4, whereby the rebound of a vehicle is prevented in the event of collision of the vehicle to prevent the secondary disaster, and even if the mesh-like body 4 is broken, only the ring 41 or connecting member 44 at the broken part can be replaced.
