Abstract:
To prevent occurrence of falling of a rolled material, improve each of a quality and a yield, and prevent damage of components.SOLUTION: The device for guiding a rolled material is provided with a pair of roller holders having guide rollers in guide boxes so as to be rotatable around a fulcrum, center distribution mechanisms and cohesion power maintaining mechanisms arranged on the rear side of each of the roller holders. The cohesion power maintaining mechanism includes a liquid pressure cylinder 71, holding means mounted on the tip of a piston rod 71b, a moving amount adjustment rod 73 mounted on the liquid pressure cylinder 71, a valve body 75 provided in the piston 71a and a spring 76 which energizes a spring force to the tip side of the moving amount adjustment rod with respect to the valve body, communication paths 71a1 and 71b1 which make a viscous fluid in the liquid pressure cylinder 71 flow to both front and rear sides of the piston and are communicated with each other, a storage hole 77a and a through hole 74a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
