PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly guide an object to be guided.SOLUTION: A guide apparatus 10 specifies an object 14 to be guided next, from among people waiting for guidance along a predetermined guidance order, on the basis of a waiting file 16 that manages the guidance order and identification information of the waiting people in association with each other, acquires physical information 15a of the object 14 from a database 15 or the like, on the basis of the identification information of the specified object 14, specifies whether the object 14 is a first guide object or a second guide object, on the basis of the acquired physical information 15a, and determines whether to guide the object in a first guide mode 13a for the first guide object, or in a second guide mode 13b for the second guide object. The guide apparatus 10 guides the object 14 in the first guide mode 13a or the second guide mode 13b, on the basis of a determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
