Abstract:
To provide a free-fit sizing method of a guide bush for easily press-fit sizing in a support hole part of the guide bush without crushing a porous hole of the guide bush, and also to provide a device to perform it and an optical pick-up furnished with the guide bush press-fit sized by using the press-fit sizing method.
The cylindrical guide bush 11 used for a bearing of a guide shaft mounting part 102 to be mounted on a guide shaft 30 to guide movement along the axial direction is press-fitted in the support hole part 101 provided on the guide shaft mounting part 102 in a state of extending a rod type guide pin 1 larger in its outside diameter than an inside diameter of the guide bush 11 by inserting it into the guide bush 11.
