A fitting frame 17 of a guide frame component 9 includes: a pair of fitting parts 18 opposite to each other with a guide component 8 held between them in a width direction of a rail insertion groove 13 of the guide component 8; and a proximal part 19 provided between the pair of fitting parts 18 and disposed at a position away from the guide rail 1 than the guide component 8 in a depth direction of the rail insertion groove 13. A vibration-proof component 10 includes: a pair of first vibration-proof members 20 provided between each of the pair of fitting parts 18 and the guide component 8; and a second vibration-proof member 21 provided between the proximal part 19 and the guide component 8. The second vibration-proof member 21 includes: a spring 25 for pressing the guide component 8 to the guide rail 1; and a rubber-made covering member 26 put on the spring 25.
