Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding machine's guide device that facilitates an execution of maintenance work, replacement work, etc. of a guide member for guiding the transportation of quires.SOLUTION: A guide device 100 for a folding machine is provided, the guide device 100 including guide members 116, 126 for guiding the transportation of quires disposed along outer peripheral surfaces of drums 12, 13 supporting and transporting the quires on their outer peripheral surfaces. The guide device 100 is provided with guide rails 113, 123, slide stays 114, 124, etc. that support the guide members 116, 126 so as to be able to slidably move between a guide position facing the outer peripheral surfaces of the drums 12, 13 and guiding the transportation of the quires and a take-out position apart from the guide position.
