The guide device can guide relative movement of two members to be guided (base member 50 and slide member 60) through the rolling member (steel ball 20). The guide device is provided with a guide block (race 10) having a guide groove (V groove 12) extending in a longitudinal direction parallel to a direction of relative movement and capable of being integrated with the member to be guided; a guide piece (ribbon steel plate 14) arranged to be extended to a surface for forming the guide groove in a longitudinal direction and receiving the rolling member; a first movement suppression member (both ends stopping member 30) arranged on a guide block and suppressing movement in a longitudinal direction of the guide piece; and a second movement suppression member (intermediate stopping member 40) arranged on the guide block and suppressing movement in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the guide piece.
